Bill Mendieta was born in San Francisco to a large family, many of whom are musicians, artists, and dancers. Having a love for theatre, Bill continues to work in regional theaters around the country, doing new plays, classics and musicals. Currently, Mr. Mendieta is performing in Hollywood in I LOVE LUCY – LIVE ON STAGE, as Ricky Ricardo, in the first live version of the famous show, and is receiving critical acclaim, and garnering awards, recently, a Broadway World award for Best Lead Actor in a musical
Described as a character actor in a leading man’s body – Mr. Mendieta is versatile in many different roles and styles. He has continuously worked in award winning and acclaimed feature length and short films including; DEAD BORDER, SOLDIER OF GOD, TILL YOU GET TO BARABOO, THE PATRON, ISMERIA, A TIMELY MANEUVER, SEVEN DAYS, DIRTY LAUNDRY, VIGIL, SANTA’s LETTERS,THE WICKED DO PROSPER, REALITY CHECK, KILLER INSTINCT, RACE among others.
Mr. Mendieta also co-wrote, produced and directed the comedy web series: MOB BOSS ASSOCIATE, directed the short films: DODGY DISH (comedy), SLOW DANCE (drama), and the plays: BEAUTY, BRAINS AND PERSONALITY, ROMEO & JULIET, A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM, did staging and a music video for: TANGO DEL CIELO, and directed video product test spots for Mattel. He has taught numerous acting and creative workshops for kids and adults, working with Will and Company through the Music Center in Los Angeles, Shakespeare At Play, The Antaeus Company, and recently with the Joffrey Ballet. He has also been the resident casting director of WSR Creative, a production company creating media content for commercials, television, film and the web.
A Nashville native, Hayden took her first acting class on her 10th birthday. She booked her first professional acting job at the age of 13, and went on to star in many country music videos by artists such as Reba McEntire, Trent Tomlinson, and Cross Canadian Ragweed. Since arriving in Los Angeles, she has performed in the following plays: “The Baby Dance” as Wanda, “Steel Magnolias” as Annelle, and “To Kill a Mockingbird” as Mayella. Hayden has also starred in a handful of short films, and played the lead in the action feature “Steampunk Samurai Biker Chick” last December where she learned to swordfight, and did all of her own stunts. She recently shot the lead in “A Night at the Roosevelt” and will be shooting the feature “Being Awesome” this Spring in Memphis. She is also the creator of the webseries, “Adventures of Fiona”, and will be shooting a series of short films revolving around the character Fiona in 2012. Hayden loves to cook vegan food, meditate, and listen to LPs on her record player.
